I myself designed the staves for more comfort, ease and lightness. Staves made from plastic, but not acryl(!), a very flexible material, so the fan waves with your move.
Keep feathers away from liquid, heat and sunlight.
Do not stroke them, oil and sweat damages the feathers.
Store the feather fans flat or hang them up in a dark and cool place.
