Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods.
Please contact with any questions before your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of the items, for hygiene reasons, all sales are final!
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sale prices apply only to items ordered during the sale – items ordered before or after the sale will not have prices adjusted to include discounts.
Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Addressee unknown problem
In case of the items get sent back (with “addressee unknown” or similar reasons) we have to apply a reshipping fee.
If your shipping address is incorrect or the courier can’t reach you (incorrect address, or you are not available, or you refuse to accept the package for any reason) the package will be destroyed (in your country, so it is not returned to us), therefore refund is not possible in such case.
The additional fees are not refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
